Environmentally friendly tile spacers that protects and levels your pavement
A coating made with PaveSpacer maintains your brick, concrete and natural tiles in the laid pattern and ensures against slipping due to driving or frequent use. PaveSpacer also secures your pavement against break off in corners and edges of tiles, and provides a uniform joint width and professional result with a long service life.
Cold and heat do not affect PaveSpacer, as it is produced according to the Nordic climate and from the raw material Polyethylene. This type of plastic can withstand + 100° and down to – 50° Celsius, which is necessary if you want to avoid having to lay your tiles again due to broken spacers.
All PaveSpavers are made of the material Polyethylene – also called PEHD. We have chosen to use this type of plastic as it is non-toxic, strong and recyclable.
PaveSystems uses circular economy in production. All waste material or end-of-life products are taken back, ground, granulated and made into new smart products. Read more about our work with recycling plastic here.
Choose the size and shape of your tiles. Then, figure out how many spacers you need. We have made it easy for you to calculate how many PaveSpacers are required for your project. You can find our calculator under Technique page.

Pave-TP spacers
Height: 10 mm and 20 mm
Width: 3 mm – 10 mm
Pave-TP: has a bottom which prevents the spacer from being pressed into the sand during installation.
Pave-TP: Stays where it is and does not risk ‘digging’ into the sand over time due to twisting and rain.
Installation area: Pave-T spacers are suitable to use in combination with tiles, granite, marble, sandstone, brick, concrete tiles, and paving stones in general. They can also be used in brickwork, half brickwork patterns, as well as the finish in a straight-line pattern’s outer areas.
Purpose: For diagonal strength (torsional strength), increases load capacity regarding traffic, combines and locks paving area for a uniform joint width.
Intention: is used to protect the pavement against broken edges and corners (shock). PaveSpacers strengthen the entire pavement area against sliding (diagonal influences) when exposed to both light and heavy traffic.
As an additional aid, Pave-T spacers make tiling work easier, ensure a uniform joint width and thus ensure the desired appearance. PaveSystems products are frost resistant and can be recycled.
Quantity: More than 1 piece per tile. A precise quantity varies from project to project (Average of 1-3 pieces per tile).
Pave-XP spacers
Height: 10 mm and 20 mm
Width: 3 mm – 10 mm
Pave-XP: has a bottom which prevents the spacer from being pressed into the sand during installation.
Pave-XP: Stays where it is and does not risk ‘digging’ into the sand over time due to twisting and rain.
Installation area: Pave- X spacers are suitable for use in combination with tiles, granite, marble, sandstone, brick, concrete tiles, and paving stones in general, in a straight-lined pattern.
As an additional aid, Pave XP spacers make tiling work easier, ensure a uniform joint width and thus ensure the desired appearance. PaveSystems products are frost resistant and reusable.
Quantity: 1 piece per tile. N.B.: Remember Pave-T for side areas.
Pave-T Spacers
Width: 3 mm – 10 mm
Installation area: Pave-T spacers are suitable to use in combination with tiles, granite, marble, sandstone, brick, concrete tiles, and paving stones in general. They can also be used in brickwork, half brickwork patterns, as well as the finish in a straight-line pattern’s outer areas.

Intention: is used to protect the pavement against broken edges and corners (shock). PaveSpacers strengthen the entire pavement area against sliding (diagonal influences) when exposed to both light and heavy traffic.
Pave-T spacers work as an extra aid, when laying the pavement. They ensure a uniform joint width and preserve the intended overall look. PaveSystems products are frost-proof and reusable.
Quantity: More than 1 piece per tile. A precise quantity varies from project to project (Average of 1-3 pieces per tile).
Pave-X Spacers
Width: 3 mm – 10 mm
